Integrate schema config with schema overrides

The following files force hide or unhide some data model fields on the front-end:

Schema Config UI should disable the "Hidden" checkbox if there is a global override for that field, as the checkbox is useless for these fields.

Schema Config UI should also indicate when a field is hidden in the Query Builder and WorkBench only
