WorkBench Data Mapping does not respect required fields in the database #2741
Description
Whilst the workbench does honour the need for required fields created from the schema sometimes it is best practice to have certain fields filled in when uploading data that you don't always want to be required. It would be nice to have an option in the settings icon for each row to force users to have non-null entries for each row of the upload for those fields
e.g. for a specific genetic tissue preparation upload template we may always want the "preservation temp." and "disposition" fields entered, but they are not relevant for the specimen upload template
