User Interface for Catalog Number Format Selection

Description:
Create an intuitive user interface that allows users to select the CatalogFormatNumName when creating or editing a COT. This should include options for auto-numbering with clear instructions on how to format entries.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A dropdown menu for selecting the CatalogFormatNumName when creating/editing a COT.
• Clear guidelines on how to use prefixes and suffixes in catalog numbers (written documentation on the forum, explanations of when to use a suffix/prefix and when not to, how to do this)
• Validation to ensure that selected formats comply with the system’s rules.
