Miscellaneous default taxon tree nitpicks

Across all trees, the default remarks should not be "A default taxon tree" as this is pointless, if present, it should provide context as to why it is structured that way (e.g. meteorites or minerals could use the explanation).

The first rank always need to be root since it cannot be added to and supports only one child.

Rocks

• Root rank should be 'Root'
• Only the first level should be enforced

Meteorites

• Root rank should be 'Root'
• Second rank should be 'Rank 1' and so forth
• Name can have spaces in it, should match title
• Only the root rank should be enforced

Minerals

• Root rank should be 'Root'
• Second rank should be 'Minerals'
• Name can have spaces in it, should match title
