Description
Describe the bug
Originally implemented in 7.10.2 (#5456) but broke sometime in 7.11.2. Opening a new issue as there is a different error message now than there was before the first fix was implemented and labeling it as a regression as you used to be able to delete trees without error.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open trees -> taxon
- Create a new or find an empty/non populated tree
- Try to delete the tree
- See error
Expected behavior
Should be able to delete a non-default taxon tree
