Describe the bug
When entering a negative value into the countamt field in Preparations, the warning message "Preparation count cannot be negative" is shown - but it repeats every time the form is clicked. Once enough messages have accumulated, the tooltip starts jittering. This behavior is not consistent with other warning messages in Specify.

To Reproduce

1. Follow testing instructions from Prevent from adding negative count for preparations #6462
2. Enter a negative value (e.g. -4) in the countamt field -> Click Save
3. See the warning "Preparation count cannot be negative" messages
4. Click the form multiple times and see more repeated messages

Expected behavior
The warning should only appear once and not repeat. It should look the same as other warning messages in Specify.
