Add missing API schema to Series Autonumber and Download All

These endpoints are currently missing schemas/documentation.

To Reproduce
Look at http://localhost/documentation/api/operations/all/ and see the missing schemas.

Expected behavior
These endpoints should at least have a short description and list of properties they accept.
