Proposed Solution (if any)

Deploy and admin module that comes with every speckle server and rarely gets updated. This should be accessible only to "god" users and force her/his registration on initial server deployment.

Should allow for:

• upgrading the server
• upgrading installed plugins
• installing new plugins
• CRUD on the database
  • delete/ban users
  • crud streams, projects, etc.
  • ...

• git pull on the server
• upgrade existing plugins
• remove existing plugins
• install new plugins
