Add power consumption estimate to menu from device in use and loop settings

NEW FEATURE

Write a small library that can be used from the interactive menu to compute the theritical power consumption / autonomy that a given configuration will lead to. We need a reference table with each sensor/device consumption, and use the loop duration and periodicity to compute the total autonomy (with a given battery capacity).
