This PR adds a number of changes ranging from dependencies to CI hardening. The main changes are:
There is a PR that fixes an issue with the
v4.8.0tag in Hapi. The release missed updatin the version number but all code is correct. It was fixed in in this follow-up PR https://github.com/spectrocloud/hapi/pull/2019
