[autotemplate] Docstring changes get not detected

Sometimes the docstring changes get not detected. I have to delete the sphinx build folder first. I am using:

.. autotemplate:: <folder>/

There are multiple templates in that folder. But the folder is actually a symlink to a folder. The root folder jinja_template_path includes multiple symlinks because currently it does not support multiple folders.
