kroki_inline_svg does nothing

I set `kroki_inline_svg` in the hopes that the svg would be embedded as an `svg` tag instead of an `img` tag, which I wanted so that I could style the font in the image.
Unfortunately this option appears to do nothing. A search of the code shows the option being declared but never used.
Please could the option be wired up to work, or removed.
