Great App - Tighter UI?

Vision problems here. Windows accessibility sucks. The UI of your app uses a lot of empty space - info roles off the bottom can't use scroll bars to see it. A tighter UI, with less empty space would be appreciated? Or more adaptative version (for resizing). Would be appreciated.

Currently I have to resize my desktop to get it to fit, then the text is too small for me to see.

Oh, and ability to pick own password would be a bonus. Using one screen for two PC's and have to write the password down each time instead of just using one I know.

Great app though! Appreciate it very much. Thanks for making it.

It uses Tauri, which uses Windows' WebView2 to render it as a webpage, pretty much the same as Edge does, so it should respect your system's text size settings. As far as resizing, when I maximize the window, the text box takes up most of the space, and it does have a scroll bar. Are you finding this to be the case or am I misunderstanding?

As far as reducing empty space, I'm probably not going to do a UI redesign in the short term. I want to keep it looking similar on every platform.

I don't have plans currently to allow picking a password. I've tried to reduce password friction with the QR codes on mobile platforms and the Bluetooth pairing, but I guess at least one of your Windows machines doesn't have Bluetooth? I'm trying to get a new version out soon that will include a shared network mode, in which neither device will stand up a hotspot, but probably this will still be manual password entry for Windows-to-Windows.

Hi, for some reason I didn't notice it had the expand window option - kind of gave up on using windows about a year ago and use mostly linux. Anyway, for some reason it seems to be less of a problem when I opened it up today. I've included a screen shot. There's more window text at the bottom than when I was first using it. Not sure what changed. But anyway, it's a helpful app and I appreciate it! I've included a screenshot to show what I'm seeing. I've got bad eyes so I've got windows set so I can read the text and the icons. For some reason, when I first used it that lower text window was so small I had to copy the text and paste it into notepad so I could read it and get the password. Not doing that now for some reason. That being said. A universal password would be amazing. Or only have to enter the password once and be able to drag files to the send window multiple times.
