Use PAM50 slice number instead of VertLevel

Since we have all the morphometric measures brought (aka normalized) in the PAM50 space, we can use the PAM50 slice number instead of VertLevel. This might be more precise because with VertLevel, we do not know if the compression is at the top or the bottom of a given vertebral level.
