Table header is cut off when the table height is greater than its container

(Side note: I notice that when moving through rows using the up/down arrow, it scrolls the table (even when not at the start/end), which causes a bit of extra visual distraction and makes the "header cutoff" issue even more apparent.)

Anyway, I'm curious if it's possible to make the table header "sticky", in much the same way that spreadsheet software allows for row freezing.

I would love to have sticky headers. I'll look into that soon.

Meanwhile, I think the overzealous scrolling is fixed by 400675a - which prevents scrolling with the arrow keys, but it looks like the focus event still brings the selected row into the pane when needed.

I did notice one tiny additional quirk, though:

Scrolling all the way to the bottom, then back up means that the top row stays half-hidden under the header, without any way to make it fully visible again. 😅

This looks like it comes from a known issue in FF which stems from sticky display underneath a flex container. I just tried re-implementing using grids, but couldn't get it to work. Looks like a fix has been pushed and will eventually make it to stable?

Ahhh, thank you! If it's Firefox specific then the priority is much lower. Regret to admit it, but most of our users are probably on Safari or Chrome. Thanks for looking into it!
