Better resizing behavior when horizontal scrollbar present #13
Description
Right now the columns can't resize when the table overflows horizontally, which is quite often when a handful of columns are visible (at least the way I've been testing, with the window taking half of my monitor). I think this is related to how the table library we use manages widths (issue here). We could take sizing into our own hands, but that might get finicky and buggy. For now I think it works okay!
