Motion correction gifs in sample dataset aren't in sync when toggling

I'm not entirely sure if this is a dummy dataset problem, an SCT problem, or a report-ui problem. But, I thought I'd mention it anyway.

When toggling the 2 gifs for the sct_dmri_moco sample image, I notice that the volume # doesn't line up. E.g. on one gif it might be cycling through 20, 21, 22... but switching to the other gif, it cycles through 45, 46, 47... etc.

Probably a low priority issue in this initial development phase! But something to keep in mind once we're polishing things up, maybe.

I tried implementing a system wherein it preloads the GIFs before rendering them so that they'd line up. It seems less jittery now, and some basic tests show it works about as well as the old one?

They definitely start lined-up now! But, I am noticing that the act of toggling is making them out of sync again. 😓

Very much low priority issue right now, though, so feel free to set this aside!
