The tool filter only works with 1 tool activated #371
Description
When more than 1 tools (each has 1 feature) are activated to filter entities of different classes, the filter doesn't seem to work.
Feel free to use test.zip to replicate the observation:
Selecting either filter_1_TRL or screen_location as the tool filter works well, but selecting both will end up with nothing being filtered away.
