Allow checking specific message not just most recent one

Currently, the assertions are for the most recent message. It would be nice to be able to specify a specific index in the collection of messages.

you can with most assertions using the $this->emails array, i.e.

->seeEmailContains('content in first', $this->emails[0])
->seeEmailContains('content in last', $this->emails[1])
