Add applicable terms from other sources

I have decided to roll all unreviewed sources which may contribute new terms into a single issue. It makes far more sense to keep track of these in a single spot.

This issue supersedes issues #7, #8, #10, #11 & #19

• Apple Support: Newton MessagePad: Built-In Help (1993)
• Newtsbug User’s Guide (1997)
• PDA Playground by Rod Williams and Harry Leverette mentions the various participants in the Newton launch showcase, as well as the names of the prototype Newton “design concepts”. There may be other early terms pertaining to the user interface and use of Newton device as well. (1994)

• Apple’s The Developer Handbook (April 1995 Edition)
• Newton MessagePad: Using the Newton Assistant from the Apple Support Knowledgebase lists various “Request Words” and related action used with the Newton Assistant.
