BUG: is_visible getting set to false

Description

noticed that when I run the build command that it's setting the app.con [UI] is_visible value to 'false' even though I have it set to true in the actual file.

What UCC version are you using?

splunk-add-on-ucc-framework==6.1.0

Could you share the contents of your globalConfig and let me know where you’ve placed it? Is it located at the root level of your source code or somewhere else?
