Jupyter Notebooks fail to run on Mac

This seems to be due to Jupyter Kernels not having DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH or DYLD_FALLBACK_LIBRARY_PATH set.

@balbasty, should we setup these explicitly in the code? Do we build a dependency to the Matlab installer package for the utility functions it provides?

Yes, I guess we should always let matlab_runtime do the setup. It's possible that matlab_runtime.init() is not properly setting up some variables (like it's not setting up the library paths -- because it was done in mwpython on macos, but I realize it needs to be done here for linux and windows).

What I was hoping is to get rid of spm._spm.__init__.py (which is created by the matlab compiler) and use the combination of matlab_runtime.init() and matlab_runtime.import_deployed() instead.

I am experimenting with a different way to compile, distribute and load the CTF. I'll add you to that repo.

I've added some help realted to jupyter notebooks in the matlab-runtime README.

The issue is that it does not know to use the mwpython2 interpeter by default. Even if I install the kernel myself using ipykernel, it thinks the interpreter is the mwpython app, but calling it directly means that the library environment variables are not properly set.

I've added a workaround in the doc, but there might be a smarter (or more automated) way of doing things (?)
