I'm Alex Cyon, I was born in 1987 in Sweden here I live with my daughter Stella, wife Klara and dog Zelda.

I love coding Swift and Rust, and I'm passionate about free open source software, which all my work is. I work primarily on cryptography and cryptocurrency related projects.

I'm trying to convince Apple to add support for the bitcoin curve to their open source version of CryptoKit, but so far no luck.

I have a dream, and that is to finish writing the computer game Heroes of Might and Magic 3 in Swift, from scratch. I've started and made some progress, and when I retire, or were to receive enough funds for sponsorship, I will try to finish this ambitions project. I've made some progress with the backend and managed to render maps in a frontend repo.

If I were to receive funds from a sponsor I would probably save in my daughter Stellas fund for a place to live when in 2040 when she is 20 years old.
