• PCAPdroid — a no-root network monitor, firewall, and PCAP dumper for Android
• PCAPdroid-mitm — an addon for decrypting TLS/SSL traffic on-device using mitmproxy

These tools are used by thousands of people to understand what their apps do on the network, protect their privacy, and perform security research.
