Become a sponsor to Marcelo Shima

👋 Hi, I'm Marcelo.

🚀 What I work on

• JHipster: I'm the main contributor to this development platform to generate, develop and deploy modern web applications and microservices, and to its blueprints. Out of the box it generates Spring Boot backends with Angular, React or Vue frontends; its blueprints take it to many other stacks: Kotlin, .NET, Node.js, Quarkus, Micronaut, Svelte, Ionic, React Native and more.
• Yeoman: I maintain the stack and all of its packages (yo, yeoman-generator, yeoman-environment, mem-fs-editor and more), the scaffolding tool JHipster and thousands of other generators are built on.
• 📦 Several other open source packages around code generation.

💡 Why your sponsorship matters

JHipster and Yeoman are used by developers and companies around the world to start and evolve their applications, yet they are maintained mostly in spare time. Every release has to keep up with new versions of Node, Spring Boot, the frontend frameworks and every stack the blueprints generate, while staying stable for the projects already built on them.

Your sponsorship turns that spare time into dedicated time:

• 🐛 fixing bugs and security issues faster;
• 🔄 keeping up with new versions of the platforms and frameworks;
• 👀 reviewing and merging community contributions;
• 📚 writing the documentation and tests that keep everything reliable.

🙏 Thank you for helping keep these projects alive and moving forward!
