We build free, open-source tools that bring transparency to the U.S. bankruptcy system.

What we've built:

  • National case database: 4.9M cases across 94 federal districts
  • Discharge eligibility screener (1328f.com), ranking page 1 on Google
  • 160+ domain educational network with 13,000+ pages (Spanish-language layer included)
  • Attorney performance analytics from public PACER data
  • Federal Rules suggestions 26-BK-3 and 26-BK-5, both accepted by the Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules in 2026
