Become a sponsor to Vyges IP Catalog
vyges-ip is the public mirror of the Vyges silicon IP registry — an open, metadata-first catalog of silicon IP blocks, free for any team to use.
Each repo here is a single IP packaged with a consistent vyges-metadata.json describing ports, parameters, dependencies, integration hints, and license terms. The index lives in vyges-ip-catalog.
We treat the catalog as public infrastructure for the silicon ecosystem. There is no PyPI, npm, or Crates.io equivalent for hardware today — vyges-ip is the field's first community-curated registry of its kind.
Why sponsor
The registry is free and open, and it stays that way. But running it isn't free:
- Hosting and bandwidth for hundreds of public repos and machine-readable indexes
- Curation work — reviewing IP submissions, verifying metadata, mirroring upstreams
- Schema maintenance — evolving the
vyges-metadata.jsonstandard as the field grows - Continuous integration so downstream tools can rely on byte-stable IP packaging
Today, these costs are fully absorbed by the operator. Sponsorship doesn't unlock access or features — it directly funds the ongoing operation of public silicon infrastructure that the whole field benefits from. If your team uses vyges-ip and wants to help keep it alive as a public good, this is how.
Operator
vyges-ip is operated by TrustStix Inc (California, USA — C Corporation). Sponsorships are processed by TrustStix Inc. We are not a 501(c)(3); sponsorships are not tax-deductible.
