Helper program to "train" rating system to find optimal variables for predicting gmaes

This would be a program that goes through different values for variables (like event weights) and calculates a ranking accuracy (kind of like a fitness score). Since there are over 650 sm5 games and 150 laserball games, there's enough data to fit the model to the dataset and hopefully predict future games.
