Support for php 8.1?

After upgrade php version to 8.1 I am getting errors such as
Return type of Spot\Query::count() should either be compatible with Countable::count(): int, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used to temporarily suppress the notice

Hi nemanjaljuba. You may check this fork, where I added basic support for php8.1. Because this is just tested in one project, be careful to deploy it directly to production: https://github.com/mmethner/spot2
