XXXExceptionAssertion能否抽离成一个统一的接口

XXXExceptionAssertion 有必要每个类型都写一个么，都是实现GenericExceptionResponseEnum, Assertion，重写两个BaseException newException()。
为何不定义一个ExceptionAssertion，让responseEnum去实现它，这样只用写Enum与对应要抛出的exception就行了。
