Can you remove a featured image once added?

I only see an option to remove the media entirely - is there a way to remove the images from the page without deleting?

Don't see any good way to do it via the CMS, but can definitely edit the markdown directly in github and remove the image from featuredImage frontmatter without deleting the media.
