Ability to set content-disposition for download links

I'd like to force download of attachments. Currently MP4s will stream when purchased. I can't quite work out how to add content-disposition headers to a generated URL that S3 recognises.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Isn't this a paperclip feature when creating the download URL?
