Tune Disqus's CSS so that links are visually distinct from normal body text #984

Description
With the current CSS, links in Disqus comments are indistinguishable from normal body text:
In the screenshot above "contributing guidelines" is a link but that's not apparent unless you happen to mouse over the right part of the text or tap in the right place on mobile.
