Add an alias to 'uri' to make the configuration clearer for newcomers.

To make a route configuration clearer it would be more comprehensible to have something likedestination-uri or to-uri, same thing in Java configuration, having a destinationUri() or toUri() method.
I'm myself a bit lost when I didn't touch Spring Cloud Gateway for a while and have to configure some routes.
