cache metrics for LocalResponseCache

In order to check the efficiency of the configured cache it would be great if the usual cache statistics are available.

the cache for the LocalResponseCache should be automatically registered in actuator.

Alternative solution would be to enhance the documentation how to register the caches manually.

I'll look into implementing automatic cache metrics registration for the LocalResponseCache filter.
