extraBody isssue with OpenAi

Hi,

I have see some modification made on this ticket : #5734

However when I use the OpenAIChatModel I fall in an error.

There is no extraBody set anywhere (spring.ai.openai.chat.options.extra-body is not set in the top level properties. The Runtime Configuration with Builder is not set either : no OpenAiChatOptions.builder() .extraBody()

} 

It seems that OpenAIChatModel.createRequest() set an empty LinkedHashMap that triggers the error. At least, that's my guess.

This issue has been fixed in the latest version.（1.1.5/2.0-M5）

1.1.5 is not fixed. However 1.1.6-SNAPSHOT is the fixed version as per #5196.
