Modify JpaPagingItemReader/Writer to support an extended persistence context [BATCH-1166]

To allow readers, processors and writers to share a persistence context with the correct transactional semantics we need to share an extended persistence context. We would also have to consider any classes that use @PersistenceContext annotation.

This should be provided in a new implementation or as an option or the existing implementation.
