Use BOM for MongoDB driver

The upcoming 5.4.0 release of the MongoDB driver will include a BOM. It would be great if Spring Boot could start using it for dependency management.

There is a pre-release available (5.4.0-alpha0) if anyone wants to experiment, but the GA release is coming in the next week.
