Index creation not working in combination with multi tenancy

When using multi tenancy either on database or collection level the indexes are only created for the default collection/database and not for any databases or collections that are created dynamicly

There is no direct support for multi tenancy in data-mongodb and therefore index creation will not span multiple databases.

You may want to spend some time to provide a complete minimal sample (something that we can unzip or git clone, build, and deploy) that reproduces the problem so we can better understand what you're up to.
