Go To Definition in SpEL expressions should work for other annotations

At the moment, the SpEL definition provider works for SpEL expressions inside the Value annotation. This should be broadened, so that the definition provider works across all annotations that support SpEL expressions (see the AnnotationParamSpelExtractor for details about where SpEL expressions can be used).
