My house has underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators above that. These two zones behave very differently and are best controlled with independent temperature sensors and calls for heat.
As far as I can make out, predheat is not compatible with this type of setup unless I average everything which will lead to large inefficiencies.
Any further opinions on this topic would be much appreciated.
