The volunteers working through this don't know which facebook post it is - and meta has some very strange ideas on what it wants us to see. Please make this report self contained so someone without any knowledge of the facebook back story can pick it up.

This is a charging block that exceeds the 6 hours of car charging allowed under the charge cap. After 6 hours the car rate should drop back to the normal rate I think, while the house continues to get the cheap night slot rate.

Working on a fix - need to check we can handle two different rates at the same time.

The cost-calculation fix for this is in PR #4644.

While confirming the calculation was correct, we found a related display gap: the plan's Import p column only ever shows the house rate, so a slot can look cheap while a car charging beyond its daily IOG dispatch cap is actually paying the peak rate for the same time. That's tracked separately as #4646, with a follow-on PR (#4647) that splits the Import p cell to show both rates when they diverge - not bundled into this fix since it's a display change, not a correctness one.
