Solis not discharging and charging as per plan

I have Solis inverter S5 EH1P5K-L with S2-WL-ST datalogger. I have followed the instructions to use with Solis and predbat creates plan and gives correct notification of discharge, charge , however it does not seem to be able to push the commands to inverter as inverter does not change response

It is connected with Solis cloud vide API and on self use mode on App

Is there something else I am expected to do to make predbat active

I have solis also, I'm no expert but just sharing in case it helps. do you have the following set in your apps.yaml

solis_automatic: true
solis_control_enable: true
