Add support for translations #88
Description
When opening Spyder in a non-English locale with spyder-line-profile present, we get warnings:
Could not load translations for de due to: FileNotFoundError - [Errno 2] No translation file found for domain: 'spyder_line_profiler.spyder'
Could not load translations for de due to: FileNotFoundError - [Errno 2] No translation file found for domain: 'spyder_line_profiler.spyder'
I notice that even though spyder-line-profiler tries to load translations, there is no .pot file present, and it does not appear on Crowdin.
