Multiple tabs not working

Description of your problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Start Spyder IDE
2. Focus on Terminal panes
3. Click on the '+' (Open a new terminal)
4. The tab "Terminal 1" change to "Terminal 2"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A new tab with name "Terminal 2" should appear, without replacing the previous tab!

Please provide any additional information below
I tested this plugin with cmd or powershell and both has the same behaviour!

Versions and main components

• Terminal Version: 1.2.2 (Installed with pip)
• Spyder Version: 5.3.3 (Installed with pip)
• Python Version: 3.10.8 64-bit
• Operating system: Windows 10 Pro Build 19045.2130
