After enabling the Flake8 option, a large number of `cmd.exe` windows keep appearing

Hey @SimpleZion, thanks for reporting. We'll try to fix this problem in our next version (6.1.1), to be released in a few weeks.

In the meantime, please use Ruff instead because it shouldn't have this problem.

@dalthviz, please take a look at this one. It seems similar to the problem you found and fixed in python-lsp-ruff.

Gave this a check and although I was unable to reproduce from a Windows installer installation, when checking a conda env install I'm able to see too the cmd windows. Seems to me that the flake8 plugin uses a similar approach with Popen as the python-lsp-ruff plugin to run the respective executable:

I think adding to the Popen kwargs the creationflag kwarg should be enough but will check and submit a PR to python-lsp-server if required 👍
