The new Spyder from 6.1.0 does not always update variables #25439
Description
So when adding new variables the variable explorer in 6.0.8 adds new variables and updates immedately. However, this might not always happen in 6.1.0+. You have to scroll down first then up. Unfortunately not successful in replicating this, but i suspect if you have many variables from before, then the variable explorer only shows a few variables and not the full list, meaning it wont update if you add 1 more variable, unless you scroll all the way down and up again. Please see video. Here i have a lot of variables, then i run the code to add 400 new variables, but they dont get added unless i scroll down first then up. This is very annoying.
