[FEAT] Keyboard Shortcut for undocking selected panel

Hello, 

First off, thank you for this glorious app. I wouldn't have made the switch away from MATLAB without it.
It would be nice if it was possible to un-dock the selected window with a keyboard shortcut. I wasn't able to see docking/undocking in the keyboard shortcuts preferences window.
