uvk5.py Wrong frequency set...

Before all, thanks for great job,...

I test last chirp next with uvk5.py and set frequencies:
446.006250 PMR1 NFN Step(0.5)....
but when upload to hand, frequency set to 446.00500...
All frequencies are wrong,...
