Cannot make transactions on Android

After running the example app and successfully validating with Square, we are unable to make any transactions in either sandbox or production on Android. iOS works fine, but we are seeing the error:

Were you trying a payment in Sandbox environment using a "Manual Card Entry"? Because the error Invalid Test Card is a server-side rejection from Square's payment service. In sandbox, the server only accepts a strict allow-list of test card numbers; any PAN outside that list (including manually-typed random numbers) gets rejected with exactly this error.
For manual card entry / keyed payments in sandbox, use one of the documented sandbox test card numbers: — e.g.
4111 1111 1111 1111 for a successful Visa, 4000 0000 0000 0002 for a decline.

I am not sure why it did work on iOS though - the server should've rejected the card number there too.
Can you share the details about your test/payment flow? Environment (Sandbox/Production), payment method, etc. No real card numbers, of course! 😅

We are currently getting the issue with the test card Visa | 4800 0000 0000 0012 | 111 | No Challenge | N/A.

We did manage to partially resolve it. We realized that we were getting the same exact error in production mode with a real card. Then we realized that we needed to set up signing in the stripe console. This resolved the issue in production, but not sandbox.

We're on Android 15.
